Long-Term Governance Reform
Strengthening board oversight, accountability, and structural decision-making through adding more experienced advisors and considering restructuring of the board.
Operational Optimization
Continue to identify inefficiencies across systems and advanced proposals to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
Preservation of the Mission
Our mission is to provide a quality, low-cost, cooperative housing community to university students, thereby providing an educational opportunity for students who might not otherwise be able to afford a university education and I will continue to pursue how to best do this.
Previous Accomplishments
- Co-wrote proposal to reform central food services pilot happening in summer
- Co-wrote over 20 proposals for budget reforms & cost reduction
Co-wrote Afro House reinvestment proposal revitalizing Afro House with broad student support and support from campus leadership
- A significant portion of my impact also came through sustained involvement in committee discussions, where my contributions helped shape, amend, and advance motions that are not fully reflected in the proposals listed below.
